Everything is scattered
Practice times in a group text, the dentist in your email, dinner nowhere, and the grocery list on a scrap of paper that stayed home.
GuudHome
The calendar, the chores, dinner, the grocery list, the bills — and the things that matter most. GuudHome keeps everyone on the same page, from your six-year-old to both parents.
Free for up to 5 family members · No credit card · Set up in minutes
The plan lives in five apps, a fridge door and one tired parent's head.
Practice times in a group text, the dentist in your email, dinner nowhere, and the grocery list on a scrap of paper that stayed home.
Someone has to remember, nudge and follow up on everything for everyone. That's the job that wears families out.
When the logistics take all the energy, there's little left for the moments — and the values — you actually want to build.
Each part works on its own, and together they run the house.
Events, appointments, birthdays and anniversaries for every person, in agenda, day, week or month view.
Plan the week's dinners, save recipes from a link, and keep one shared shopping list sorted by store.
Routines, room checklists and one-off jobs. Kids earn points and streaks and spend them in your family's reward store.
Every bill and subscription with its due day, autopay flag and a paid check-off each month — no surprises.
Personal and family goals with clear steps and dates, so the big things don't stay "someday".
Kids ask for a ride, an outing or something from the store. A parent turns it into a calendar event or a shopping item in one tap.
Put meals on the calendar, keep recipes in one place and build the grocery list as you go. Everyone adds to the same list, and it's ready when you get to the store — or when you send it to Instacart or Walmart.
Type "Emma vacuums daily, Jake mows Saturday" and GuudHome splits it into tasks and assigns them. Kids see their own simple list, get a reminder on their device, and you approve with a tap. Younger kids sign in with a code — no phone needed.
Invite your co-parent and you share one household on every device. A weekly family digest shows what got done, who's on a streak and what's coming up. On Premium, snap a photo of a sports or school schedule and text it in — the dates land on the calendar.
Most family apps stop at logistics. GuudHome makes space for the values you're raising your kids with — switch it on whenever you like.
On the way: Come Follow Me plans, callings and ministering, service and meal trains.
No setup marathon. Start with what's on your mind and add the rest as you go.
Add the kids and invite your co-parent with a link. It takes a couple of minutes.
Add the events, a few chores and tonight's dinner — type them, pick from templates or text them in.
Everyone sees their part, reminders go out on their own, and you get your evenings back.
The whole household is free. Premium adds texting, sync and room for bigger families.
Everything a family needs to run the house.
For bigger households that want the extras.

These Terms govern your use of GuudHome, the family household app at guudhome.guud.ai and its companion mobile app, operated by guud.ai ("GuudHome", "we", "us"). By creating a family, joining one, or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use GuudHome.
A GuudHome family is created and owned by an adult (18 or older) — the account holder. The account holder is responsible for the family, for everyone they add to it, and for keeping their sign-in details private. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
GuudHome is built for families, so parents add their children as members. A child's profile is created, controlled and removable by the parent: the parent chooses the name, role, age, avatar and (optionally) a mobile number, decides whether the child can sign in on their own device, and can edit or delete the profile at any time from the Family screen.
A child under 13 may only use GuudHome through a profile a parent has created, and the parent's agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy counts as the parental consent for that child's use. Children's profiles are limited to the household: a child can see their chores, points, rewards, the family calendar and their own requests, and nothing outside their own family. We do not show advertising to children and we do not sell children's data.
GuudHome can send and receive SMS text messages through its "540" phone line — for example a parent texting a chore in, a kid texting a request, chore confirmations, reminders and parent alerts. Texting is opt-in: it only happens for a mobile number that a parent has added and switched on ("Let GuudHome text me" in Settings, or the parent-alert switches).
The Free plan is free. Premium is a subscription you can take monthly or yearly, at the price shown on our pricing page for the billing cycle you choose at the time you subscribe, billed through PayPal. When you start Premium you are taken to PayPal to approve a recurring payment; PayPal then charges you once every month (monthly plan) or once every year (yearly plan), on the same day of the cycle, until you cancel. We do not see or store your card or bank details — PayPal holds them under its own terms.
Premium families can connect a Google Calendar so its events appear in the family calendar. This is a read-only, one-way import: we read your events and never write to, edit or delete anything in your Google account. You can disconnect at any time from the Calendar screen, which deletes the stored connection and the token that came with it, and you can also revoke GuudHome's access from your Google account settings. GuudHome's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Everything your family puts into GuudHome — chores, rewards, calendar entries, shopping lists, meals, bills, goals, photos and messages — belongs to your family. You give us permission to store and process it only so the service works. You agree not to use GuudHome to harass anyone, to upload anything unlawful, to try to reach another family's data, to interfere with the service, or to resell it.
Some features (smart-add, schedule-photo import, meal suggestions) use automated language models to turn what you type, text or photograph into chores or calendar entries. Their output can be wrong; a parent always reviews and approves what is created. Do not rely on them for anything safety-critical.
The account holder can ask us to delete the whole family at any time through the support form (or by emailing [email protected] from the account email). Deletion removes the family, every member profile (including children's), and all of its data, and cancels any active Premium subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
We work hard to keep GuudHome running but provide it "as is": we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, GuudHome and guud.ai are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email the account holder and show the new date at the top of this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use GuudHome after that is acceptance.
Questions, billing problems or refund requests: use the support form. GuudHome is a guud.ai product.

This policy explains what GuudHome (guudhome.guud.ai, its mobile app and its 540 text line, operated by guud.ai) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect what a family needs to run its household in the app, we use it only to run the app, we never sell it, and a parent can see, change or delete all of it.
GuudHome is for families, so it holds information about children. We handle it like this:
We only text a number after a parent has added it and switched texting on. That switch is your consent to receive automated texts from GuudHome's 540 line, and it applies to the number you switched on. We keep the messages exchanged with the line so the app can show what a text did and so we can help you if something went wrong. Reply STOP to any message, or turn texting off in Settings, to withdraw consent; we then send one confirmation and stop. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Mobile numbers and consent status are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Premium is billed by PayPal under its own privacy statement. We receive from PayPal only what we need to run the subscription: a subscription ID, the status, the payment dates and amounts and the payer email. We keep an append-only record of billing events so you (in Settings → Membership) and we (for support and refunds) can see the same history. Cancelling or refunding is done through that record and through PayPal; see the Terms for how refunds work.
If you connect a Google Calendar we ask Google only for read-only calendar access. We use the events we import to show them in your family calendar and for nothing else. We do not share Google user data with anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not let humans read it except when you ask for support or as required by law and security review. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are deleted when you disconnect the calendar, delete your family, or when the connection is revoked. GuudHome's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run GuudHome for us, each bound to use it only for that purpose: hosting and database infrastructure; the email and SMS gateways that deliver our messages; PayPal for payments; Google for a connected calendar; the language-model provider for AI features; and our error-monitoring. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect a family's safety or our rights.
Data is stored on our servers behind Cloudflare and kept for as long as your family exists. When a parent deletes a member, that member's profile and personal data are removed; when the account holder deletes the family, all of its data — every profile, every entry, the message log and any Google connection — is deleted within 30 days, except the billing ledger, which we keep for as long as accounting law requires. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
Passwords are stored hashed, all traffic is encrypted in transit, tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest, and access to production data is limited to staff who need it for support. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your family we will tell the account holder promptly.
If we change this policy in a way that matters we will email the account holder and update the date at the top. Questions or requests: contact support.
